In order to optimise your business you must also optimise you, not in a half arsed “self helpy kinda way” but in a kick ass impactful way!  

I wanna take you on a journey to ensure you are accepting how truly important your energy health & wellness is, understanding how to optimise it AND using it in all of it’s magnetic glory!

RIGHT! Let’s dive in a little deeper.  It’s easy to neglect self.  It’s easy to come up with a whole stack of stories about how you’re too busy, your business needs your time & attention, you’ll do it when……… blah, blah, blah.  There isn’t one story I didn’t use.  

 

I’m certainly NOT coming down from the mountains here on this one.  I’ve been in the position where I’ve told myself the stories, where I’ve neglected me in favour of diving into business, motherhood and everything else I needed to do/get done. 

I’d become uncomfortable, lethargic, everything was a chore/hard work and I was so unfit.

KICKSTARTING YOUR JOURNEY

It can feel like a super slog to make significant changes.  We fear the uncertainty of changes are humans but in fact the only certainity is change.  It’s also a minefield out there.  The health & wellness industry seems to have an absolute obssession with the money making schemes (perhaps read ~ scams), the quick fix, the magic pills/remedies and shakes and the whole “diet” culture. 

In fact what you need is totally different.   We all know the principle of looking after ourselves better.  We all know what we should be doing but the execution is really difficult.
